Accessibility Statement
Westarch Systems is committed to ensuring that westarchsystems.com is accessible to all users, regardless of ability or assistive technology. Accessibility is not an afterthought for us. It is foundational to how we build software and to the work we do for others.
1. Our Commitment
We believe the web should work for everyone. As the creators of Kozite, a platform that helps organizations monitor and remediate web accessibility issues. We hold our own website to the same standards we ask of our customers.
Accessibility is built into our development process from the start: semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, color contrast, and assistive technology compatibility are considered in every design and implementation decision we make.
2. Conformance Standard
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This standard is published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and is widely recognized as the benchmark for accessible web content.
WCAG 2.2 AA requires that content is:
- Perceivable: information and interface components must be presentable in ways users can perceive;
- Operable: interface components and navigation must be operable by all users, including keyboard-only users;
- Understandable: content and operation must be understandable;
- Robust: content must be interpretable by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.
3. Measures We Take
To support accessible use of this Site, we:
- Use semantic HTML elements that convey meaning to assistive technologies;
- Provide a visible skip navigation link so keyboard users can bypass repeated content;
- Ensure all interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard alone;
- Apply sufficient color contrast ratios, at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and UI components;
- Never use color as the sole means of conveying information;
- Provide meaningful, descriptive labels for all form inputs and buttons;
- Mark decorative images as presentational so screen readers skip them;
- Ensure focus indicators are visible and have sufficient contrast;
- Design the Site to be usable without JavaScript for core content access;
- Test the Site with keyboard-only navigation and major screen readers.
4. Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance, we acknowledge that no website is perfectly accessible in all circumstances. We are actively working to address any gaps we identify. We are not currently aware of any specific limitations.
If you encounter an accessibility issue on this Site, please let us know using the contact information below.
5. Third-Party Content
This Site uses Google Fonts for typography loading. While we have limited control over the accessibility of third-party services, we have chosen fonts and loading strategies that do not adversely affect users with assistive technologies. System font fallbacks are defined so content remains readable if external fonts fail to load.
Linked third-party sites, including kozite.com, are governed by their own accessibility statements and commitments.
6. Feedback and Contact
Your feedback matters. If you experience an accessibility barrier on this Site, or if you would like to request information in an alternative format, please contact us:

In the United States, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice regarding ADA Title III compliance, or with the relevant federal agency for Section 508 concerns.
